* CARRIE DUBOIS * Playwright / Costume Designer / Production Manager (2003)
Carrie's playwriting career began at the tender age of 8 when she and her cousin co-authored the now famous Flower Fairy Princesses trilogy of plays. Her more recent works include a commissioned one act for the West Village Nursery School entitled, Kabuki's Valentine, and The New York Times acclaimed Junk Puppet play, Greensnake. Connie & Carrie have been designing costumes together for all the Faux-Real productions since 1999.

* MARK GREENFIELD * Producer (2003) / Director
Mark Greenfield is a writer, director, performer, and educator based in New York City. After graduation from Antioch College in 1985, he toured the United States for six years, performing with companies including IMAGO and The Shoestring Players. In 1991, he made his New York directorial debut with his original physical theater work MasksHatsAndThangz. The Village Voice called it "Šthe most poignant critique of naturalism this critic has ever seen." In 1994, he founded The Faux-Real Theatre Company. The companyıs first work was a backwards reconstruction of Macbeth entitled Htebcam. Other major productions of The Faux-Real Theatre Company include William Shakespeare's Haunted House, Igloo Tales and FUNBOX. In 1999 and 2000 he was an instructor in the New York Public Schools "Leadership Program.² As an artist-in-residence at Caramoor Classical Music Institute, he taught workshops in Commedia DellıArte for three years. He also taught after school workshops at Manhattanıs OBIE-award winning Theater for the New City.

* CONSTANCE TARBOX * Producer (2002) / Co-Director / Costume Designer / Graphic & Web Design
Constance Tarbox is an actor, director and writer with The Faux-Real Theatre Company, of which she has been a member since 1996 and President since 1998. She supervises the casting of major productions and heads the Artists Subcommittee of The Faux-Real Board. For Faux-Real, she has performed in William Shakespeare's Haunted House, FUNBOX2000, and FUNBOXTimes Square, which she also co-conceived and assistant directs. In 1999, Constance wrote and directed Faux-Real's production of The Naked Show, which was part of The Pure Pop Festival, sponsored by NADA. Most recently, Connie co-produced and directed Faux-Real's The Easy Showcase with partner Corey Carthew. Connie & Carrie have been designing costumes together for all the Faux-Real productions since 1999. Work outside of Faux-Real includes performing and directing with Gorilla Rep, Expanded Arts, The 2Texans, and Synapse Productions. Constance majored in Theatre at Barnard College, Columbia University.

* PAHU VANRIEL * Master Carpenter / Float Builder Extraordinaire
Hubie is amazing. He has bailed the Faux-Real Real Theatre Company out of numerous technical dilemas, not the least of which being building a circus wagon parade float that can break down easily to fit into the trunk of a car.
