CHASHAMA
chashama is a New York City arts organization with a ten-year history of supporting art and artists of all genres and experience levels. Founded in 1995, chashama has assisted almost 4,500 artists and presented, produced or sponsored over 450 shows, 15 festivals, and created 120 studio spaces for artist residencies. MANHATTAN YOUTH
Established in 1985, Manhattan Youth's programs primarily serve children from the Seaport Area, Tribeca, Battery Park City, and the Financial District and has expanded each year as the number of children in the community has increased. The company assisted in community planning for Battery Park City and all of its parks as well as the Pearl Street Park and was the first organization to sponsor children's programs at Battery Park City parks and after-school activities at PS 234, PS 150 and PS/IS 89.
